In collaboration with the Denver Community Health Collective and Survivors Organizing for LIberation (SOL), this monthly group is held in sacred & safte(r) space for people of color to commune, heal, and grow.

This month's group will focus on trauma - understanding it, how it manifests, and how TEAM (Traditional East Asian Medicine) can be helpful. This workshop + discussion will be led by Nadya Waziri, LAc. of Aeon Acupuncture.
