To The Water: A Grief Circle with The River

This Grief Circle "To the Water" is a gentle and supportive peer support space for witnessing, processing grief, and presence. Community grief spaces help us hold, unpack, transform, and heal around grief through storytelling, embodiment, ritual offerings, and leaning into each other.

For this group, you will need to register as a member of The River, Mosaiceye’s online membership space for community confluence and creative ever~flow with changemakers around the globe.

Facilitated by Michelle and co-held by us all to respect confidentiality, one another, and our own needs, this is an invitation to show up as vulnerably and as real as possible, without pressure to share and always with the ability to pass.

Our time together will start and end with breathwork and/or somatic practices to hold the energetic container of the circle, helping us to enter with intention and move into the next part of our days more grounded. You are encouraged to take care before, during, and after the circle.

🌀What to expect 🌀

  • Time to be with each other: we'll uplift all voices in the room so we acquaint ourselves with the lovely people in the container

  • Bring: anything that helps you take care and feel more comfortable (tea, blanket, fidget toys, etc), and something to represent your grief (photo, words, candle, flower, note, etc)

🌊 The Living Agenda 🌊

  • Arriving

  • Welcome & grounding (guided breath and/or somatic work)

  • Heart-centered sharing & witnessing

  • Closing (guided breath and/or somatic work)

Seasonal Dreaming: Roots

  • Agua y Sangre Healing (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

An embodied vision board group that aims to root us into the practice of hope and storytelling as an act of resistance. This season we will be dreaming and visioning a little differently - creating visual stories to represent our roots (all that support us when we feel unsteady) and get curious about how we will bloom.
