Heart Remedios is part of Agua y Sangre Healing's QTPOC Healing Series - a semi-regular series of wellness + traditional healing learnings in a qtpoc only space. The material will tend towards the more precious, ancestral, and vulnerable. The goal of a qtpoc-centered healing space is to have an affirming and safer space to approach our healing with greater authenticity, vulnerability, and to create/strengthen healing as individuals and in community.

This class will serve as an introduction to remedio - or remedy - making, by way of the heart.
