the flow: we will open with brief intros, spend the majority of time crafting and creating together, and we’ll close with an optional grief check in & mini grounding practice.

to bring: any craft project or anything you’re working on - from writing to doodling to stitching to cooking a meal and beyond.

Also, please bring anything that will make your experience as comfortable as possible. This could be a candle, tea, a cozy blanket, a journal, food, an altar item, something that represents your ancestors, etc.
