We lovingly offer an invitation to be held in a Care & Care Cocoon Space led by Michelle Castor & Cristina Aguilar.
Our space will be a journey to root into radical care, community and liberation through reflective and embodied practices, community altar creation and care cocoon mapping.

This 90 minute virtual session is free to attend and will be held on Monday, December 18th at 4pm MT / 3pm PT. Group size is limited due to the nature of the session. Closed captioning will be enabled. This is a brave space in support of Palestine & decolonization and liberation and safety for all. This is not a space for debate, anti-semitism, anti-Palestine, islamophobia or hate speech of any kind.

A queer Latine from the U.S./Mexico borderlands, Cristina is a movement doula for collective liberation and human rights. She has led reproductive and healing justice organizations in Colorado and nationally. Cristina’s offerings are liberatory, trauma sensitive and lovingly rooted in healing and transformative justice. Cristina is also a creative, reiki master, yoga nidra guide, steeped in practices that blend and reclaim her family’s Mexican curanderisma lineage. She believes radical community care and love will illuminate our path to collective liberation.
Michelle Castor (she/they) - Portal Doula - Agua y Sangre Healing.
Michelle is a mixed brown queer femme and a Portal Doula. They support individuals and communities in navigating the portal-like transformations of grief, loss, TTC/fertility - along with intentionally imagining and creating life on the “other side." Their nourishing offerings include Healing Circles, Fertility & Grief Doula Care, Intuitive coaching, herbal remedios, and gentle somatic support.
