Tender Hearts: A Grief Healing Circle

A peer-to-peer grief support circle, facilitated by Michelle. This circle is for our BIPOC fam, LGBTQIA+ sibs, hopeful/expectant/current parents who's journey's exist beyond the "norm," and all seeking heart-centered care. All grief is welcome.


The space is held by all of us and facilitated by, me, Michelle Castor (she/they). I am a fertility doula, postpartum doula, grief worker, herbalist, facilitator, and bodyworker. All-in-all, I am a 𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒅𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒂, supporting individuals and communities navigating the portal-like experiences of fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and grief and loss with tools like ritual, gentle embodiment, herbal allies, wonder, awareness, and more. We will open and close each circle together, with a grounding practice. There will be time for introductions - as well as to share, without expectation or pressure, what may be on our hearts and minds and how our grief may be showing up.



When: This group is currently held on the 3rd Sundays at 5pm PST (6pm MST/7pm CST/8pm EST). It will run for about an hour.

To bring: All you need for this group is yourself! Also, please bring anything that will make your experience as comfortable as possible. This could be a candle, tea, a cozy blanket, a journal, food, an altar item, something that represents your ancestors, etc.

Communal grieving offers something that we cannot get when we grieve by ourselves. Through validation, acknowledgement and witnessing, communal grieving allows us to experience a level of healing that is deeply and profoundly freeing.
