Our Stories Heal: a BIPOC Healing Circle

A monthly healing circle, held online via zoom. Currently on the last Tuesday of the month at 6pm MST. (5pm PST / 7pm CST / 8pm EST).

BIPOC - meaning this space is for those who self-identify as being Black, Indigenous, a Person of Color, Brown, API, mixed, biracial, and/or a person of the global majority.

In this circle we will be holding space for where we are in this moment, to share what is on our hearts, and to explore grounding exercises to help balance our nervous systems.

These healing circles are free and donations are welcome, but not expected, to help honor the work that Michelle (and any other co-facilitators) put in to organize and hold the space. You can offer donations here or via venmo (@aguasangrehealing) or paypal (aguasangrehealing@gmail.com)

If you would like to attend - please email aguasangrehealing@gmail.com to get the zoom registration link <3

Honor Work: Wading In

Honor Work: Wading In is a nurturing circle to begin exploring how grief shows up for us as individuals and communities so that we may more deeply understand it, hold space for the fullness of it, and expand around it in sweet, loving, and tender ways. Allowing us to strengthen our healing and (re)claim our grief and our joy.

Rooted: BIPOC Healing Circle

For the next three months (last Sunday of the month) we will be hosting a drop in healing circle for BIPOC to tell, unpack, and hold. This is a space for self care and community care. To continue cultivating tender nests of community so that we can be supported in all that we are carrying. So that we can strengthen our tools of resilience. So that we can *rest* and heal together. The heart of the space will always be the same - to show up exactly as you are, to lean into vulnerability as much as feels safe, and to hold one another. Each month we will explore a different theme, somatic practices for nervous system regulation, and herbal allies to support our healing. This month’s theme is “rooted.” What does it mean to be grounded? In what ways do we feel disconnection?

We invite you to come explore with us. Space is limited to 10. Once 10 spots are filled, registration will close & you can email laconextion@youthseen.org to be added to a waitlist.
Register @ https://forms.gle/axuuoAMUD4afVqMm9
Suggested $5-$15, no one turned away.

Accessbility: Gypsy House Cafe is located near the intersection of S Broadway & Iowa. There is free street parking available in front on Broadway and on the neighboring streets.
